PAYMENT
Items may be purchased with:

  • Sentry Surgical Supply Certificates, enter your valid Certificate # and Pin code to place an order.
  • Sentry does not accept COD orders.
  • Sentry accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Any combination of the above.
  • Welch Allyn items may only be purchased with a certificate and any amount over the value of the certificate can be covered by any method above. If a certificate is not used then Welch Allyn products will be sold at list price.

Please note credits on account may only be used for a future purchase with Sentry Surgical. Checks will not be issued for credits or account balances. Credits are good for 2 years.

SHIPPING
All orders totaling $100 include freight within the 48 contiguous states. For orders outside the 48 contiguous states call our customer service for arrangements. Most items ship within 48 hours. For drop ships please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for drop shipments.

Return Policy

  • SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Special order items are not returnable. For further information not listed, please contact customer service.
  • Please contact us Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm est, at 610-962-0666 or e-mail our Customer Service Department at customerservice@sentrysurgical.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the reason for the return.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
  • Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
  • For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
  • At the time of receipt, the merchandise is damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. of damaged goods within the first 48 HOURS of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Relations at 610-962-0666 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY, INC. within 15 days from the delivery date, at SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY INC.’s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
  • All returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
  • SENTRY SURGICAL SUPPLY INC. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
