Shipping
All supply and equipment orders are processed and shipped within 24-hours of receipt by Sentry Surgical. You should allow an additional 7-10 business days for items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Professional Case products are custom made and will ship within 10-15 business days of receipt. All textbook orders are considered drop ship items. Textbooks that are out of stock or not yet published will be shipped as soon as they are available from the publisher. Please be sure to allow for UPS ground shipping when calculating total shipping time.

Freight
Sentry Surgical offers free freight on orders greater than $100.00, unless noted for special items. A charge of $10 will be added to orders less than $100.00. Total amount due when factoring freight charges will not exceed $100.

Credit Cards
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Security
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you provide us. At the checkout page you will see a closed lock or a solid key at the bottom of your browser. If you click on the symbol, a popup window displaying security information will appear. This certificate is a guarantee that your account information is being transmitted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Shopping Cart
Account information regarding your shopping cart items and certs is stored in browser memory, not by Sentry Surgical. The transfer of information to other accounts is due to multiple sessions sharing browser memory. To avoid this problem, you MUST clear all sessions 100% by closing your browser before logging in to a new account.

Certificate Balances
If your order is less than the value of your certificate we will keep the remaining balance as a credit on your account. For verification of your credit balance simply contact us at customerservice@sentrysurgical.com or by calling our customer service line at 800-697-3687

Confirmation of Order Receipt
Once your order is a processed you will receive two forms of confirmation from Sentry. 1. Once your order is a processed, a confirmation will appear on your computer screen. Information included will be confirmation number, certificates redeemed and if used, the amount charged to your credit card. 2. Confirmation will also be sent to your email address. If you do not receive one of these confirmations, please contact us at customerservice@sentrysurgical.com.

Privacy Policy
The following is a description of our privacy policy including our policy for information received from or about you during visits to our Web site.

We may collect and store information during normal Web site usage such as the name of your Internet service provider, the web site that referred you to us, the pages you request, and the date and time of those requests. We may use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of customer visits. During normal Web site usage, we do not collect or store information that will individually identify you (such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, or Social Security number). Sentry Surgical may, from time-to-time request personal information to provide you with a service or correspondence (such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, or Social Security number). Personally identifiable demographic and customer information will not be shared with any third party.
